The Lexus TX has a bigger interior than the Lexus LX and RX. The 'Unified Spindle' grille (see above) has apertures which although aren't very large, according to Lexus, but do provide aerodynamic handling and vehicle stability. And the Lexus emblem is placed in front of the hood shut line instead of directly on the grille like previous Lexus vehicles.

For the interior, the 2024 TX will have three color options: Peppercorn, Birch, and Black.

The Lexus TX's driver-focused cockpit design offers controls like the optional head-up display (HUD) offering a clear line of sight. The Lexus TX comes standard with a 14-inch Multimedia Touchscreen Display that gives the driver and front-seat passengers intuitive controls.
Guests are treated to captain’s chairs in the second row, multi-colored illumination highlights and the 21-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System, which has been calibrated specifically for the TX cabin to produce high-quality sound.
